Responsibilities:
- Working with cutting edge technologies.
- Write clean, documented, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Deliver across the entire app life cycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
- Building high quality web services using NodeJS
- Work on bug fixing and improving backend performance
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 4+ Years' Experience in the same Field
- Expert knowledge of developing projects based on server-side JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with deployment on and management e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong Knowledge of and experience with MongoDB databases and Mysql
- Experience with Google maps and locations APIS
- A solid understanding of REST APIs - how to design and build them - both for internal use in our products and as outward-facing connections to partners
- Strong understanding of MVC and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of building web services using Nodejs and web services security
- Experience working with Javascript, HTML and CSS
- Experience working with XML, JSON and REST
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- professional experience in using Node.js unit testing frameworks like (Jasmine)
- Familiarity with REST APIs to connect Mobile applications with back-end services.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
