Job Description
- Lead the planning and implementation of project.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Manage the undertaking of Projects quantities calculations.
- Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed.
- Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget.
- Plan and schedule project timeliness.
- Develop full scale project plans.
- Manage the undertaking of technical and feasibility studies.
- Manage the undertaking of bill of quantity.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage project budget.
- Manage project resource allocation.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Quality assurance.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Reporting regularly on progress to senior managers.
Job Requirements
- (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access).
- Auto CAD.
- Prima-vera or MS Project is a must.
