Job Description
- Responsible for implementation tasks of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and operation, AX 2012 and Business central, including financial modules: general ledger, bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, budgeting and financial statements. Supply chain modules: inventory, sales order and procurement, quality, production, master planning, costing, project management and accounting, customer relationship management, human resources, asset management and power BI.
- Functional requirements analysis and solution design according to business needs
- Contribute in presales demonstrations for applications to prospects.
- Gain deep knowledge about vertical solutions developed by technical team.
- Coaching team by improving their functional experience and skills.
- Prepare resources capability matrix for applications and modules as well as providing training plans and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Suggest the suitable resource for each task based on knowledge and skills.
- Directing help desk cases starting from receiving the case from help desk team then assign a resource to solve the case, provide the needed support till closing it successfully in a timely manner
- Support team in solution design, work around and customizations design.
- Solve complicated functional issues and problems that face team in projects.
- Review customer deliverables to ensure their quality such as functional requirements document, solution design document, user manuals, user acceptance tests, master data and opening balance templates.
- Allocate and guide resources in presales activities.
- Perform technical interview for senior consultants.
- Resources evaluation in coordination with project managers.
Job Requirements
Years of experience:
- 5 - 7 years consulting experience
Education:
- Educated to a degree level in a computer related system, with a demonstrated strong computer background, networks and technical ability.
Skills:
- Strong English commands and language skills.
- Candidates must be disciplined and well organized.
- A good understanding of product business know how would be an advantage although full training will be provided.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs is a good trait for a senior consultant.
- Be able to work under pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes.
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Products.
- Extensive application and database engine up to date knowledge's.
