Job Description
- Check the last day’s production process and compare it to the time table and requirements.
- Supervise the production team and check the attendees and the absents.
- Receives a request from pricing from the managing director and/PR the design manager.
- Starts in the pricing process and send the report to the managing director.
- Receive the production order from the managing director and/or the interior design manager after the approval from the client regards the pricing & design.
- Checks the material needed for the implementation and compare it to the needs.
- Makes the purchasing order for the missing materials.
- Starts the implementation and follow up with the team and the work schedule.
- Meets the client that makes some visits to check the production process.
- Follow up the installing process at the client’s premises.
- Interior Production:
- Handles all the tasks to follow up the interior production.
- Follow up the Completion.
- Follow up in the workshop the furniture done for the client.
- Makes the payments for the contractor and send the report to the Financial Manager.
- Makes the salaries for the production team after making the reports for the attendance.
