Job Description
- Act as the focal point between the CEO and the company’s Departmental Heads.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
Job Conditions:
- Working hours from 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Weekend on Friday
- Job location Zaiton (relocation with CEO in company branches)
Job Requirements
- Females only
- 2 to 5 years as Office Manager or CEO Executive Secretary
- Flexibility with working hours and frequent relocation
- Able to work under pressure
- High communication skills
- You must have a recent photo on your profile.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must have excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree holder
