Job Description

  • Optimize current AARRR plans and strategies to meet company’s ROI.
  • Compile reports in a weekly basis for top-management showing results and statistics (ROI).
  • Managing all logistics of SMM and SMO for all channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) from content creation, implementation, graphics designs that engaged constantly with our targeted audience.
  • Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily relevant efficient content directed for the targeted persona that builds participation and engagement.
  • Identifying and creating proactive programs and promotions that are consistent with the company’s objectives to engage the audience within the social media channels.
  • Identify new ways to activate participation and feedback on social media channels.
  • Set, plan, and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies to expand our community over Blogging, Email Marketing campaigns, PR and guest posting articles, from content generation with SEO optimization, designing their branded images, and schedules.
  • Plan, execute, optimize and monitor the ongoing paid adverts campaigns on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) and Google AdWords.
  • Analyze, enhance, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variant web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experienced using designing tools that required for posts and ads creativity of brand identity
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Be always updated with applications and creative technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing social media marketing with a proven record of accomplishments.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media advertising campaigns, content marketing.
  • Ability to present documented experience in social media (links as an example of the work done).
  • Display an in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Proficient in content marketing, theory, and application generation.
  • Excellent writing and language skills of both English and Arabic.
  • Creativity with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experienced in setting up and optimizing ads campaigns
  • Highly engaged digital and social media expert with the ability to develop social media campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools ( Google Analytics) with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Self-Managed with little supervision in a cross-functional position.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics, Content Management Programs, and Email Marketing Software.
  • Bonus skills: Able to produce video/animation.
