Job Description
- Keeping all documents related to employees in their own files with complete confidentiality and follow-up with regard to personnel affairs procedures.
- Managing and following up all relationships and transactions of the institution and its employees with governmental and official agencies.
- To follow all instructions and clauses listed in the labor and workers system and not to deviate from them.
- Implementing, developing and updating the policies, procedures and systems for human resources management.
- Managing the tasks of administrative affairs and personnel affairs.
- Managing the archives and data of the company's employees.
- Schedule employee vacations periodically, through computer monitoring.
- Establish, manage, implement and evaluate the institution’s recruitment mechanism.
- Managing the preparation of salaries, wages, employee entitlements and vacations.
- Follow up on the implementation, evaluation and updating of the employee evaluation system, incentives and bonuses.
- Development and evaluation of the administrative system, organizational structure and salary scale of the institution.
- Carry out any other work assigned to him by the line manager proportion to the nature of the job.
- Preparing and developing the organizational structure of the company, clarifying the units and the relationships between them, the distribution of roles and defining the administrative names of the work team.
- Plans, executes and prepares the vacancy announcement plan
- Interviewing the resigned employee and establishing a dialogue with him about the reasons for leaving work, what are the problems that hinder his continuation of work, and the means of treatment, and he prepares a report for each case.
- Prepares a periodic report at intervals discussing the reasons that lead to leaving work and how to remedy them.
- Receive the appointment documents for those accepted to fill the jobs, make sure of their completeness and conformity, and prepare the worker's file and assign him an identification number
- Preparing and analyzing the monthly labor turnover rate, explaining the reasons that cause it to rise and the means of treatment
- Examines the training needs of the company's employees, and develops and implements the annual training plan
- Establish a system of rewards and material and moral incentives for company employees.
- Sending alerts and warnings of non-compliance with the amount of work or its timing to non-compliant, and this is recorded in a special record
- Responsible for social and health insurances
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in the use of human resource management programs.
- The ability to use social networks and publish employment advertisements.
- Understand labor legislation and laws.
- Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities.
- Ability to manage and organize time and task order.
- Experience in the field of not less than five years in various operations of human resources management
- Knowledge of the articles of the Egyptian labor law and the regulatory regulations
