Web Services Accountant ((1 – 3)) Years Work Experience ((Preferably In Web Support Services))

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Follow-up on Online Payment Via ((Pay Pal))
- Follow-up on Online Banking Statement and Comparing Them to Actual Credits
- Follow-up Amounts of Outstanding Invoices and Ensure the Implementation of the Automated Service.
- Follow-up on Online Checking Of Financial Customer Transactions.
- Follow-up on Cash Flow Transactions.
- Follow-up and Manage Customers’ Files and Responsible for Transferring Product from Client’s File to
- Another Client According to the First Client Request.
- Follow-up on Customer Requests Through Our Program ((Transfer – Modification – Adding)) With
- Regards to Our Services ((Servers–Hosting & Domain Services)).
- Close or Activate The Client Membership, Based on Customer Affairs Logical Reason.
- Sending Daily Reports.
- Excellent Using of Microsoft office (( Specially Excel Sheets ))
- Excellent Using Internet Surfing.
- Must be Good in written/spoken English & Arabic
- Excellent Communication Skills Both Verbal & Listening
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Presentable, Hard Working, Very Good Organization Skills, Well Disciplined, Can Work Under Pressure, Smart, Creative, Ambitious, Demonstrates a Positive, Enthusiastic, Friendly Attitude and Committed.
