Job Description
- Preparing Weekly ,Monthly & Annually research plans.
- Developing and optimizing the formulas for better performance and cost efficiency .
- Homologation of new raw materials,
- Innovation of new products .
- Develop a true team spirit and work in partnership with colleagues.
- Ensure the following, the good statement of the lab equipment
- Ensure a strict following of the life of the equipment &, of the cleaning.
- Ensure the good use and strict filling of the quality database
- Proposing and implementing solutions that improve the efficiency, costs and quality.
- Ensure the performance of the department at its best level, in order to reach the plant’s performance target.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 3 years of experience
- Excellent Command of English
- Working under Pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word & Power Point
- Leadership Skills
- Experience in Building materials and construction chemicals industry
