Job Description
- Responsible for cooperating with Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Sector Organizations.
- Send out Invitations to the Customers & make Follow-up Calls to invite them to ICT Organization’s Events.
- Follow-up on Registration List on Daily Basis & do The Registration Anaylsis on The Registrants (i.e. their companies, their job titles, etc...)
- Do Confirmation Calls with The Registrants one or 2 days before The Event & send them Confirmation Emails.
- Sometimes, perform Customer Profiling.
- Extract Attendees’ Contact Details (Company Name, Name, Job Title, Contact Email & Contact Phone) & Their Feedback to analyze the success of The Event and to be prepared for future Events.
- Perform analysis on The Attendees’ Feedback for The Event.
Job Requirements
- Working Experience in Call Center / Customer Service Field.
- Working Experience in Data-Entry.
- Very Good command of the English language; both written & spoken.
- French is a MUST.
- Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel as well as the ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Must demonstrate a high level of customer service in responding to the information needs of all levels of the organization.
- Resourceful and keen to learn new working methods and accept fresh challenges.
- Process driven and have a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Must be able to work alone, supervise others, and handle changing priorities.
