Job Description

  • Working as a front office agent in kidzania
  • Interact with the children and implement the dynamics in compliance with documentation, guidelines and procedures determined by the commercial partners
  • Attend and provide solution to visitor complaints and simple problems and direct them to the Coordinator if needed
  • Keep control of visitor affluence through the system and manually, in case of system failure or absence
  • Elaborate daily the establishments elements checklist, completely and exactly
  • Elaborate establishments raw materials inventory
  • Elaborate establishments theming elements montage
  • Identify failures, shortage of raw materials, utensils or elements and report these to the Area Coordinator
  • Manage and control educational and entertainment facility funds in compliance to the policies and procedures of KidZos Treasury
  • Elaborate the establishments cleaning tasks upon arrival, leaving and during the operation
  • In addition to any extra responsibilities assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Previous call-center experience preferred.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
  • Be up to date in dynamics, attending trainings due to changes or dynamics renovations
