Job Description
- Working as a front office agent in kidzania
- Interact with the children and implement the dynamics in compliance with documentation, guidelines and procedures determined by the commercial partners
- Attend and provide solution to visitor complaints and simple problems and direct them to the Coordinator if needed
- Keep control of visitor affluence through the system and manually, in case of system failure or absence
- Elaborate daily the establishments elements checklist, completely and exactly
- Elaborate establishments raw materials inventory
- Elaborate establishments theming elements montage
- Identify failures, shortage of raw materials, utensils or elements and report these to the Area Coordinator
- Manage and control educational and entertainment facility funds in compliance to the policies and procedures of KidZos Treasury
- Elaborate the establishments cleaning tasks upon arrival, leaving and during the operation
- In addition to any extra responsibilities assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Previous guest service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Previous call-center experience preferred.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
- Be up to date in dynamics, attending trainings due to changes or dynamics renovations
