Job Description
- She should be responsible for handling and managing all administrative matters for the day to day business within the executive office.
- He or she is attending various meetings, either to take notes or minutes
- Will be aware of the hotels internal policies & procedures over which that they are at all times taken care of and implemented.
- The position takes the overall responsibility for performing secretarial and office duties ( filing, scheduling, channeling information, word processing, etc.)
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is recommended for this job, along with an experience in the same job for at least 7 years
- English Language is a must
- English School graduate
- Computer skills ( Windows etc..)
