Job Description
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the content creator
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team
- Produce sketches, storyboards and generate creative graphic ideas
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in fine arts, marketing, and advertising or any relevant field
- Have Experience in 2D & 3D designs is a must
- Able to lead graphic and other related teams
- A high level of creativity
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
