Job Description
- Collaborate extensively with Hospital units to capture expectations and potential opportunities and improvements.Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Utilizes technology for the benefit of the organization efficiency by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Participate with corporate IT team to transform business and best utilize technologies according to organization objectives.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
- Implements formalized governance and business rules/processes based on collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Analyzing Information, oversee department budget and capital expenditures.
- Maintain a stable and highly available technical infrastructure, while developing and establishing key metrics for performance and availability.
- Implement long-term strategic and short-term tactical plans that will enable business success within the function.
- Verifies HIS/ERP system results by conducting regular system audits.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Running regular checks on network and data security
- Implement the group IT policies and best practice guides for the organization
- Oversees and supervises time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
- Manage vendors and third-party relationships, including service levels, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
- Manage the organization’s disaster recovery program to ensure data integrity and technology functionality always remains intact.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as information technology, computer science, or management information systems.
- Strong experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably in healthcare organizations.
- Strong experience in data center management, servers and systems operations.
