Job Description
- Review attendance and review results.
- Manages employee vacation balances, sick leaves, maternity leaves, or unpaid leaves in accordance with the labor law.
- Prepares the monthly payroll according to the approved policy including taxation and social insurance deductions.
- Coordinates with the Accounting Dept. to finalize approvals and payment of salaries either cash or bank transfer.
- Create bank accounts figures by date of appointment.
- Monitor employees' database systems by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure an accurate database.
- Follow up on the annual contract renewals.
- Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
- Adjustment for employees after the end service (Resignation, End of contract).
- Communicate with sections for the days that have no indication of the presence or vacations etc.
- Aware with the deductions of social insurance roles.
- Submit monthly data on SAP.
- Modify Annual increases on The total of salaries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent in Advanced Microsoft Office .
- Communication skills
- Advanced SAP System User
