Responsible for keeping logs of incoming and outgoing items and goods updated on the spot, and files the corresponding item delivery, release, and returns forms
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the item identification numbering system for all goods.
Responsible for checking that incoming and outgoing item and goods are identical to those stated in their corresponding Purchase Orders, and reporting any deviation to the Project Manager; in case the storage facility is located in a project site, or to the Warehouse Manager; in case the storage facility is an ECIC central store.
Responsible for updating the Warehouse Log and submitting them on a daily basis to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsible for preparing plant & equipment logs
Support in issuing an Item Release Note to the ECIC Central Store van driver when arriving to collect the returned items to the central stores.
