Job Description
- Responsible for managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Responsible for leading and creating a team of Sales Reps who will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales objectives and enhancing the stature of the Lab .
- Identifies business opportunities where can have a competitive advantage with key large practices, physicians, Lab to Lab, distributors and other decision makers.
- Monthly mandatory visit of top 50 potential doctors/clients of his region/zone for Conversions
- Making presentations to doctors, physicians, hospital doctors.
- Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for Residential segment, local clubs, schools and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them.
- Act as SPOC for all existing business Units
Job Requirements
- Should be from Same industry
- Should have good sales record
- Must have worked in reputed diagnostic companies/ Pathology Lab Proven track record of executing successful promotion plan(s) and sales targets.
