Job Description
- Ensure that the client expectations of products are consistently delivered.
- Develop and sustain good working relationship with the customer.
- Brief all staff regarding working standards to ensure that all products provided are of the highest standards
- Continually monitor the production process to insure the highest quality.
- To ensure that all department carry out their tasks in accordance with company policies and cultural values.
- Provide effective day-to-day performance management to all departments.
- Work with the GM to ensure that company achieves its financial target.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 Years of experience in managerial position preferable in sales and marketing.
- Has previous experience as a Deputy General Manager in FMCG.
- Has excellent knowledge of sales and Marketing.
- Has excellent organization and planning skills.
- Has strong leadership and people management skills.
- Attentive to details.
- Has a strong financial awareness and previous experience in budget preparations.
- Has excellent numeracy skills.
- Is customer oriented.
- Is proactive and self-motivated.
- Is able to work well under pressure.
- Is enthusiastic and committed to the job and brings creative new ideas to the table.
