Job Description

  • Provide information by collecting, recording, editing, formatting, adding, retrieving or copying data, texts, figures, graphics and schedules.
  • Provide reports as texts, figures, graphs or schedules upon work needs.
  • Writing e-mails and letters.
  • Prepare and facilitate presentations in a creative manner.
  • Issue regular newsletter and articles.
  • Maintain CEO appointments’ schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
  • Prepare meeting agenda, schedule and venue. Record meeting minutes and send them to the correct individuals according to the correspondence covenant.
  • Respect the confidentiality levels of information among the people inside and outside the organization in all aspects of work.
  • Represent the CEO in welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on another communications channel.
  • Arrange needed preparations for events and business dinners.
  • Answering and directing inquiries, meeting appointments and other corporate functions addressed to the CEO.
  • Revise correspondences, categorize, report, save and archive them according to the agreed procedures.
  • Arrange corporate travels including jet, lodging, transportation, schedule and agenda of appointments and meetings accommodations.
  • Help in decision making by collecting, retrieving and analyzing information.
  • Serve as liaison between CEO and staff.
  • Adopt continuous improvement methodologies and new changes for better results and quality.
  • Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational programs, training and professional reading.
  • Enhance CEO and organization reputation by exploring opportunities and adding value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirements

  • High communication skills in both languages English and Arabic.
  • High writing skills in both languages English and Arabic.
  • High and creative presentation skills.
  • Meeting management and travel logistics skills.
  • Professional user of the Internet, Emails, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable with social media and digital marketing features.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication or similar.
  • Good time management skills in setting objectives and prioritizing work.
  • Decision maker and good analytical skills.
  • Respect the individuals’ privacy and information confidentiality for the organization and customers.
  • Friendly, straightforward, responsible and accountable personality.
  • Good learner and seek for new methodologies and work related applications.
