Job Description
As we continue to secure more exciting projects, we are currently seeking a suitable candidate to take on the role of an Assistant Administration Manager who will assist the Administration Manager in overseeing and managing a team of administrators.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Maintenance and Delivery of Administrative related work in the office.
- Effective management of resources including office records, stock management etc
- Documenting and developing report in time bound manner to support the Reporting Manger in crucial decision making
- To support the successful delivery of the business by providing, through the Team leaders, an efficient and effective administrative service
Job Requirements

- Familiarity in working on MS Office
- Ability to self-motivate, work independently, appreciation and work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to dialogue professionally on complex issues with professionals and staff
