Job Description

• Assist the Compensation and Benefits Manager in the implementation of compensation and benefits policies, processes and initiatives in all Countries of operation;

• Provide a timely, professional and accurate Compensation & Benefits advisory service across the Group;
• First point of contact on general Compensation & Benefits queries;
• Review job evaluations for new and existing positions across the Group and award job grades;
• Recommend salaries and bonus/PSU amounts for each position;
• Update the Grades 1 - 5 in Operations Salary List as positions are graded and liaise with BU HR teams to ensure the list is up-to-date;
• Ensure C&B related spreadsheets/databases are maintained, accurate and up-to-date;
• Coordinate annual salary review process for all groups of staff across the Group, in conjunction with the Compensation & Benefits Manager;
• Work with BU HR teams to ensure all positions have an up-to-date job description and provide advice on job description development as appropriate;
• Prepare, analyze and interpret remuneration and benefits data which is to be used as basis for C&B related activities;
• Compile remuneration reports and assist in the compilation of remuneration and benefit statistical reports;
• Assist in the development and implementation of the Group’s C&B policies, systems and procedures including content drafting and process mapping;
• Assist with the development and implementation of C&B and HR related projects as required;
• Maintain C&B related documents located on the intranet (including fact sheets, Q&A sheets etc);
• Provide back up support in the absence of the C&B Manager;
• Develop and maintain a rapport and good working relationship across all BUs and liaise with stakeholders as required;
• Educate key stakeholders across all BUs in regards to C&B including the job evaluation and grading process;
• Provide advice to manager’s and employee’s regarding C&B issues;
• Provide regular status updates to the C&B Manager on C&B activities;
• Provide recommendations to the Compensation & Benefits Manager on improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures and perform other duties as directed by the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
