Job Description

  • Assist other Marketing Leaders in Supporting organizational strategies and objectives to drive growth of the Product.
  • Manage short-term ( annual ) and Long- Term ( 3- 5 years ) strategy and Planning, including identification of " Key Consumer Insight ", Development of marketing Plan and Leadership of Growth initiatives.
  • Drive Continuous Enhancement of Product Quality that Strengths our brand equity and extends the gap Vs. Key competitors.
  • Build a strong collaborative partnership with cross- functional team members and agency partners.
  • Work closely with key members of the sales team and directly with customers when appropriate to drive success.
  • Manage Profit and Loss responsibility for the product.
  • Develop and activate marketing mix.
  • Positioning, consumer targeting and a holistic Consumer contact strategy. In addition , these plans will include critical collaboration with Sales team to develop and activate appropriate customer and retail marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Marketing Diploma is Preferred.
  • Minimum ( 3 ) years Experience of a brand / Product marketing experience ideally with FMCG brand or ( 4 ) years with ABM brand.
  • Experience marketing against a cooking enthusiast, personal culinary passion or intimate knowledge of Consumer , all strongly preferred.
  • Experience addressing the needs of consumers and retail customers while successfully delivering brand building programs.
  • Demonstrated success in growing brands.
  • Experience and success in leading collaborative, cross-functional teams and presenting outputs to a braod range of internal and external members.
  • Ability to manage self and prioritize projects.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and pro-active.
  • Demonstrated ability to create new business and elevate existing business to higher levels of performance.
  • Passionate about accountability and goal achievement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Solid Planning and budget skills.
  • Consistently pushes creativity and innovation.
  • High Level of integrity.
