Job Description
- Participate in dental service network planning expansion, within the strategic expansion plan of the medical department.
- Give advice to Medical department about pricing and dental premium.
- Credentialing of the new dental facilities according to company policy and standards
- Receive, review, analyze and acknowledge payment of monthly dental claims from all centers.
- Arrange medical procedures and treatment at subspecialty dental facilities within or outside the network when necessary and appropriate
- Receive and respond to inquiries from dental consultants, primary care physician and subscribers.
- Examine claims forms and other records to determine the appropriateness of the claims coverage
- Share in dental cost evaluation, cost containment and utilization management through Analyzing information gathered from claims, and report findings and recommendations .
