Job Description
- Updates, develops, and monitors Organization Development plans and mechanisms related to Performance Management, Organization Structure, Employees’ Satisfaction, and Communication & Motivation.
- Maintains & develops the Performance Management Cycle including but not limited to designing Appraisal Process, Conducting Awareness Campaign, Calibrating Ratings, and provision of continuous feedback for Development & Reward Management.
- Coordinates compliance by all Managers (appraisers) with the performance management and appraisal system and their submission of the completed annual/ Simi-annual evaluation form for all regular, casual, and contractual employees.
- Designs, Conducts & Analyzes Employee Surveys, HR statistical reports while recommending action Plans on needed Focus Areas.
- Develops and updates HR policies & Procedures in order to align all business units and ensure corporate efficiency while participating in the implementation of the HR System.
- Assist in other HR related functions & assigned responsibilities, including but not limited to preparation and updating of Job Descriptions.
- Maintains efficient and updated Organization Charts that reflects company structure.
- Maintains Telnet Management alignment with the International Audit Requirements.
- Supports Change Management and Cultural Transformation efforts.
- Generate needed Statistical and any other requested Reports.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with other departments, Team Members, applicants and guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English Command in both (Writing & Speaking).
- B.sc in commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years experience as a manager in a multinational company.
- Good communications skills, good interpersonal skills, excellent computer knowledge.
