Job Description
- Provides the needed support in the recruitment activities in order to ensure the selection of high caliber candidates for keep positions.
- Manage and support the Employee Relations team in offering them with professional advice and guidance regarding occurring ER issues.
- Ensure that the Compensation & Benefits operations are in adherence to the set policies and procedures.
- Take part in the preparation of the allocated budget of the HR department.
- Suggest efficient HR materials in compliance with set policies and legal requirements.
- Provide the needed support in identifying employees training needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in HR with, 1 of which is in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
