Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in updating Company Structure.
- Assist in updating Job Descriptions as needed.
- Assist in design the Job Performance Review according to company Policy.
- Assist in design and apply the company policies & procedures.
- Assist in Payroll Activities.
- Supports HR processes initially from develop workforce planning, recruitment process, orientation and training procedures for new Staff.
- Manage a Health & Safety, and complies with all relevant.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- A university degree with appropriate specialization.
- Post graduate certificate in Human Resources is a plus.
Key Skills & Core Competencies:
Languages:
- Fluent in written, spoken and read English.
Computer:
- MS office, Windows and Internet applications (good command of computer skills).
- Full knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
- Using HRIS systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Emotional Moderation Balance.
Communication:
- Should communicate with other managers and take their opinions in a way that will be benefit and improve human resources department.
- Experience with training centers, media, advertising agencies and hiring offices.
