For over 10+ years of experience providing the financial sector (both insurance and banking) with software solutions, IT-Fusion have managed to support wide, diversified, multicultural business environments in Egypt and Sudan.
We planned for a wide expansion in the Egypt/ Gulf region, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels ;he will increase our market share as defined by the annual business plan while representing IT-Fusion in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display marketing advertising campaigns.
- Build, Manage and maintain the content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure that IT-Fusion’s brands are at the forefront of industry developments.
- Work on printed material to supplement online products
- Attend product launches and networking events
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Keep IT-Fusion’s CRM customer database updated and assist with lead generation activities
Job Requirements
- 5+ years proven working experience in B2B marketing, focused on digital is required.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven & demonstrable working experience in digital marketing and content marketing, including web, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns is required.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate is strongly preferred.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends),and possess the skills of data-driven decision making.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Experience writing and editing basic marketing copy.
- A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to identify and market to customer pain-points and needs.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- organizational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and detailed execution.
