Job Description
- Implement the assigned tasks in assigned projects.
- Work on the weak points to be developed.
- Transfer the gained knowledge to other team members.
- Learn how to use the different Modules functionalities & map them into the Client Solution “Best Practice” Using the Oracle methodology sequential stages.
- Support the Client during the Go live, Working on self-development & Share Knowledge and to do a full cycle implementation , (EX: Configure and customize financial application to match customer needs)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for accounting or business degree.
- Min of 2 year of related experience in oracle CX.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Very good command of English in writing and speaking.
- Ability to Track the issues and find a logical solution.
- Ability to work in an individual and team-oriented environment.
