Job Description
- Prepare market & channel business strategy.
- Develop Yearly Business Plan and manage its implementation among different channels.
- Develop and Manage sales budget for Modern Trade &Total Trade.
- Set up the Sales Promotion Plans and ensure its implementation.
- Manage agreements with top customers among all regions.
- Responsible for Achieving the required Customer Satisfaction Level and solving any problems related.
- Participate in setting the marketing plan and preparing the Promotion Calendar with marketing department.
- Develop proper processes, policies and KPIs to ensure efficient work execution.
- Ensure Sales force development through on job training and/or recommendation for managerial training programs.
- Motivate Sales Staff from all aspects to ensure productivity and internal growth
- Responsible of the evaluation of all the sales team.
- Responsible of hiring committee new sales managers and staff.
- Develop the monthly and yearly sales plan.
- Develop and manage sales and distribution visions, strategies and action plans to achieve short-term and long-term profit targets.
- Establish new sales structure including sales system, work processes and logistics design.
- Develop and implement trade promotions ( traditional and non traditional trade)
