Job Description
- Monitoring the daily and monthly transaction for all inventory movement.
- Review inventory costing, maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Reconcile the discrepancies between vendors invoices, PO’s and stock receipt Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies.
- Review & control coding and grouping inventory items.
- Conduct inventory control audits, variance analysis and physical inventory count reconciliations.
- Review and resolve issues with inventory transfer orders.
- Review the cost allocation per project of the material.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of engineering or information system or any related field
- Experience: 2-4 Years in the same position.
- SAP experience is a must
- Excel Excellent user
- Very good communication skills
- Good analysis & Reporting skills
