Job Description
- Provide the highest quality support to customers, they need to be
- learn and memorize a good amount of information about the

- Handling incoming telephone calls and follow-up customer calls
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Take the customer through the sales process

- Enter new customer information into system and update existing
