Job Description
- Lead the Last-Mile Acquisition, Growth, and Retention Team.
- Create and implement Breadfast’s acquisition strategy for delivery associates.
- Heavy analysis of our delivery associate acquisition funnel and early lifecycle metrics by channel, demographics, and geography to drive efficient and cost-effective growth of new supply on our platform.
- Team up with our Marketing, Planning, and Operations team to plan out the acquisition of new DAs.
- Build and develop fleet partner relations to optimize our DA acquisition stream.
- Develop investment guardrails for acquisition and conversion across channels, evaluating the economic and strategic costs and benefits.
- Improve benefits for delivery associates through strategic partners.
- Ensure all paperwork is handled.
Job Requirements
