Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and organized candidate to fill a ROR Web Developer role in our team. In this position, candidate will participate in architecture planning of SOA /APIs that integrates with internal and 3rd party systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, following Agile methodologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, reliable, and efficient Ruby code
- Design robust, scalable and secure features.
- You are obsessive about reducing operational overhead whenever and wherever possible.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years experience with Ruby on Rails development.
- Excellent understanding of the MVC architecture and OOP principles.
- Good service-oriented architecture and REST service knowledge.
- Front-end knowledge: HTML5, HAML, CSS3, SAAS, JQuery, Angular and React.
- Very comfortable with Git and GitHub.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.
- Self-starter; eager to learn new technologies and bring fresh ideas to the table.
