Job Description
- Manage & take full accountability for Social Media Department.
- Direct the team and supervise the process of generating creative content across multiple social media platforms such as; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
- Develop and manage social media marketing channels for multinational organizations effectively such as; expanding audiences, increasing awareness and engagement.
- Develop and monitor benchmarks for measuring impact of social media programs using social media analytics, KPIs and dashboards to ensure the success for each organization tools.
- Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments.
- Ensure continuous improvement (both technical and interpersonal) of all team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferred in Mass Communication or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital marketing field, at least 1 year as Social Media Manager.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- Excellent Management and leadership skills.
- Ability to think creatively and produce new ideas and concepts.
