Job Description
Event Republic are looking to hire an Accountant and Executive Secretary to the Managing Director.
Job role includes:
- Managing the basic accountancy requirements of the executive office.
- Representing the company in banks and other financial institutions/transactions.
- Chasing payments, and issuing invoices.
- Preparing monthly accounting reports for the legal accounting firm.
- Managing the social insurance of company employees.
- Opening employee bank accounts, and managing some payroll services for the managing director.
- Issuing payments in the form of commission, expenses, or fees for third-party suppliers.
- Managing drivers in the delivery of invoices, and collection of payments.
- Secretarial duties for the Managing Director.
- Various administrative duties.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting roles in Egypt.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office with full working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
