Job Description

  • Responsible for day to day activity of the personnel assigned to Import/Export activities.
  • Ensure proper Import/Export documentation and procedures are maintained in accordance with our Customs standards and requirements.
  • Advise company on Customs requirements and informs other departments of any issues that may arise affecting their operation.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance for export and import licensing and compliance for business on all export and import operations matters.
  • Responsible for developing licensing strategy for business Product Lines.
  • Also responsible for assuring operational compliance of all areas related to the export and import of technical data, services and hardware.
  • Responsible for the preparation and management of licenses and agreements that are necessary to support the business.
  • Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills in utilizing Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Fluent English is MUST.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Have a background about Digital Marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
