Job Description

- We are constantly working on more unique features and exciting new ways to keep our senders and recipients smiling.
- Enhances technical capabilities extend not just to joi, but across enhance's entire portfolio, and are currently being established through our Technology Center in Cairo.
- We are seeking a superstar CTO to help us build this Technology Center.
- This role is ideal for someone who has the right mix of leadership, passion, energy, experience, business savvy, entrepreneurial spirit and innovative nature.
- They should be highly competent, results-oriented, have exceptional communications skills, a proven track record of success, and be solid team players.
Responsibilities
- The CTO will be the manager in charge of enhance’s technology development and maintenance.
- Help build and lead a team of developers who build and manage enhance’s tech platform, including customer facing websites, back offices, native apps in iOS / Android, and also advise on best practices for company’s internal tech needs
- Should be well informed of latest technologies and UX/UI trends, and advise enhance management for future development needs
- Should know the design-to-coding structures
- Should always sniff and follow the clues to identify decisions points where timing is strategic and can impact the project in the short and long term
- CTO should coordinate with all team(s), manage them and aggregate their work, pushing them continuously and especially through critical updates
Job Requirements

Backend Control Panel:
- AngularJS 1.4.7
Server Infrastructure:
- Windows Azure Web Apps
- SQL Azure
Mobile Apps:
- Native Coding
- Swift for iOS
- Android Java for Android
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of related work experience required
- 5+ years of technology experience, including experience in project managing entire platforms end-to-end with multiple remote teams
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
- Candidates must have prior experience working at startups.
- Able to work side-by-side with a broad range of functions and levels of seniority to consistently deliver against complex initiatives, on time and on budget.
- Proactive, energetic, self-starter looking to have significant business impact.
- Prior experience with a MENA-based startup preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed position requirements under minimal direction and supervision, independently and within a team setting
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, problem solving, and creative thinking skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts to make effective business decisions
- Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally
