Job brief

We are looking for a qualified Senior account manager to join our team. You will supervise account representatives to ensure customer needs are met. You will also be responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.
  • Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction.
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
  • Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines.
  • Participate in cross functional groups to establish marketing campaigns, product direction and productive solutions.
  • Ability to plan and set strategies at a senior level.
  • Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
  • Generating accurate reports and status notifications.
  • Effective team management capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Two to five years of experience as an account manager, product manager or project leader in an on-line commerce or supply chain venue.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • A record of achievement in the Account Manager position.
  • Knowledge and experience of selling and delivering technology solutions.
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
  • High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations.
  • Effective Communications/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.
  • Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability.
