Job brief

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
  • Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Achieve Sales targets and KPI`s

Job Requirements

  • Requirements

    • At least 3 year on the same level of experience preferably in a medium to large organization.
    • Excellent command of the English language and Presentation skills.
    • Proven experience in customer relationship management.
    • Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
    • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
    • Able to work without direct supervision.
    • Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
