Job Description
We are searching for the non ordinary factor which would make you our next Social Media Specialist. A person with dedication, ambition, and a creative mind.
- Optimize the agency’s social media brand pages with attention to the vibrancy of all social communities through interacting with customers to provide customer support, proactive positive interaction, and general engagement on a daily basis through promotional and informational postings.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Measure the performance of each social network and its content and produces monthly reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or English Literature.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or Social Media.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent writing, editing & research skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Works well independently, and a resourceful team player.
- Witty, funny & dedicated.
