Job Description
- Computer or equivalent bachelor degree is mandatory
- Related experience in troubleshooting and providing help desk support-minimum 1-2 year experience in same field
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software & hardware
- Preferably to have basic knowledge in Windows-Linux-Unix-Oracle Database-Network
- V. Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Ability to follow standard help desk procedures in terms of log technical tickets, track & route problems and document resolutions
