Job Description
- Acting as CEO Assistant.
- Organizing meetings.
- Arranging appointments.
- Typing and booking transport and accommodation.
- Ordering stationery and furniture.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial, clerical and administrative staff.
- Managing office budgets.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Delegating tasks to junior employees.
- Organizing induction programs for new employees.
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
- Using a range of software packages.
- Handling staff recruitment and appraisals.
- Attending meetings with senior management.
- Keeping personnel records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or Public Relations from (AUC, BUE, CIC, GUC, ACU…).
- A Master Degree, MBA, Diploma in Business Administration holder.
- Experience in international firms or holding companies for 3 years.
- Acting as CEO Assistant Manager with all clients.
- Unveiled females only.
- Previous experience with multinational and foreign clients.
