Job Description
- Manage, develop, coach and train team members to ensure their full knowledge and skills needed for them to perform their duties and achieve the objectives.
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities to maximize the return on investment
- Negotiate with vendors / partners for better business opportunities
- Develop, Manage business & Technology Solution Partners, & SI
- Relationship manager for allocated Partner Portfolio
- Creation and execution of Partner Business Plan
- Manage organizational interfaces and control execution
- Manage Partner KPIs and Escalation Processes
- Create Partner Marketing Events
- Generate Partner Leads
- Close Partner Deals
- Generate Partner Revenue
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Telecom Operators.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in International business management inside and outside Egypt.
- Excellent experience with CXOs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent practice for team management and development.
- Excellent strategic planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Excellent conflict management skills.
- Excellent follow up, reporting and presentation skills.
