Job Description
The Research and Product Development Specialist is an enthusiastic person with the potential to learn and grow. They are also responsible for supporting the Online Tutoring team in building the Chestnut Learning Tutoring product for it to compete with local and global markets.
Responsibilities
- Driving new product development ideas based on pipeline priorities, ensuring results are delivered on schedule, and supporting product management initiatives.
- Driving the implementation of effective processes for new product launches and ongoing product management support.
- Helping in identifying and recommending opportunities to shorten lead times on product strategies.
- Understanding consumer needs, defining technical problems to be solved for the consumer, identifying the target consumer, and translating consumer feedback into new and/or improved product ideas.
- Researching products and techniques, staying on top of trends online, and attending a variety of industry and tradeshows.
- Growing and developing personal understanding of all the related functions from conception to execution in order to complete the product launch.
- Initiating and improving projects to ensure the product’s best quality and cost.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 0–3 years of related experience
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent research and computer skills
- Solid understanding of product construction and design process

Compensation:
- Monthly gross salary offered for this position is in the range of 5,000 EGP–7,000 EGP.
