Job Description
The Candidate will be responsible for:
- The daily Production Operations, Ensuring the fulfillment of the production plan on time and up to Food safety standards.
- He will lead the Production and Engineering of the whole Plant, with a team of Production and Quality Associates.
- He will set the annual operational Budget for the factory as well as the maintenance and spare parts plan.
- Along with his team they will set and drive the KPIs, which will be used to measure and maximize the output efficiency of the Plant.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 Years of Experience in the field of Production/Engineering/Maintenance (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical)
- Well Aware of the Food Safety measures/GMPs/ISO an HACCP requirements (PMP Certification is a Plus)
- Masters Degree is a Plus
- Similar Previous Experience in Food Manufacturing
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office and Excellent Internet usage
- Excellent Command Of English (3rd language is a Plus)
