Job Description
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Monitoring the office incoming/outgoing Mail, and taking action when necessary to ensure accuracy and punctuality in circulating mail
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keeping records and files on different issues and personnel files for the store employees.
- Screening office personal telephone calls and visitors.
- Developing agendas for meetings, attending the meetings as directed and recording the minutes.
Job Requirements
- Female Only.
- Age (Years): 23-28.
- Languages: Bilingual (English & Arabic).
- Education: - High School Diploma (required).
- Degree (Preferred).
- Experience in the management and coordination of store operations activities, including cost management, all the administration activities as prescribed above, matured by working for large retailers.
