Job Description
Provide office support services in order to insure efficiency and effectiveness. (90%)
Main activities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Scheduling and confirming customer's appointments.
- Handle multi-line phone system.
- Collect payments to services provided.
- Respond promptly to customers inquires.
- Handle and resolve customer's complaints.
- Completing and providing forms and records.
Support the executive director and other staff. (10%)
Main activities:
- Communicate and coordinate with internal department.
- Develop and maintain accurate filing system.
- Check CS E- mail and reply special requests.
- Make sure the waiting area and office are clean and tidy.
