Job Description

Provide office support services in order to insure efficiency and effectiveness. (90%)
Main activities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Scheduling and confirming customer's appointments.
  • Handle multi-line phone system.
  • Collect payments to services provided.
  • Respond promptly to customers inquires.
  • Handle and resolve customer's complaints.
  • Completing and providing forms and records.

Support the executive director and other staff. (10%)
Main activities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal department.
  • Develop and maintain accurate filing system.
  • Check CS E- mail and reply special requests.
  • Make sure the waiting area and office are clean and tidy.
