Job Description
We are hiring a Wedding Planner for our Resort,
Come Work and have some fun with us, There are a ton of things to do so we need more super talented people to join the team! We are seeking for a applicants that have a strong relations and connection with customers and can hold any kind of events e.g. weddings, conferences, trade shows, concerts...etc
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating, planning and implementing sales strategy and strategic sales and business development initiatives to expand our vendors database.
- Establishing sales targets and ensuring sales achievement.
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate, quoting the rates and terms of conditions to sign the contract, and bring vendors on-board.
- Report on daily basis vendors visited and contacted.
- Operate with marketing manager and stakeholders identify the high demand areas and acquire niche vendors.
- Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers and partners in Egypt.
- Cold calling up qualified sales prospects.
Job Requirements
- Combined experience of managing events in addition to the business development side of events is an advantage.
- Excellent contacts within the events management/planning segment, with extensive contacts to various suppliers across fields.
- Exposure to all the various aspects of event management/planning
- Exposure to handling executives, senior executives, VIP’s, personalities, celebrities, persons of social standing.
- Good at negotiations and agreements
- Image for our company
- Fluent in English
- Females Preferred
- Must be Presentable
- RESORT RESIDENCY IS A MUST
