Job Description
Main Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office and the studios
- Organize and maintain files, records and up-to-date data base of Clients and Applicants
- Prepare for each workshop and course as required
- Manage company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Website)
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Respond to public inquiries while providing quality customer service
- Managing and following up the recruitment of participants in workshops and courses
- Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, including but limited to leaflets, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, proposals and presentations
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Anticipate and purchase office and workshops supplies as needed
- Manage projects and conducting researches as required
- Any other responsibilities that may come up within his/her scope of work
Job Requirements
- Four year university degree preferable in Education, Marketing, Mass-communication, Arts and Design or similar from the following universities GUC, AUC, MSA, MIU is preferable
- Fluent reading and writing Arabic and English
- Proficiency in office skills i.e. excel, word, PowerPoint
- Excellent research skills
- Good command of Photoshop or InDesign is a plus
