Job Summary
As a Phone Screener you are responsible for filtering potential candidates by conducting phone screening interviews with them in the language they are hired to support to test their spoken language ability as well as overall commitment level and culture fit.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conducts phone screening interviews
- Provides feedback on candidate’s spoken language level that is calibrated with the Common European Framework
- Schedules candidates for assessments and follows up as necessary
- Be a Brand Advocate for the company by demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Fills trackers and updates reports as applicable
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Native or Near native language level (C2)
- At least 2 years of experience in the call center industry is preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications and computer usage
